# 1001 - User does not exist

My requirement is to pull webinar data from zoom for couple of user accounts. Currently our zoom admit created the app and shared us the client id and secret key with that I’m able to generate a access token but when I try accessing webinar api with previously generated access token I’m response getting ‘Code - 1001, Message - User does not exist’. Our admin is saying he has given all the permission and the user I’m trying is also exist in the system but I’m not able get the api response. Kindly guide me here.

Can you please try making a call to the [Get users endpoint](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/users/#tag/users/GET/users) to make sure that the user id/email you are using in your request exists in the account
