Dear Zoom Support Team

We are using the Zoom API in the below table to get the recording files(like Mp4, txt, m4a)
and store in the AWS S3 Bucket.

Now, we have some questions about the timeout value of the Zoom API,
cause we need to concern the timeout situation in our server and execute process.

So the question is \*_what is the timeout value of the zoom api in the below table?_

| Zoom API | Timeout Value |
| --- | --- |
| ①Get API token：POST [zoom.us/oauth/token](http://zoom.us/oauth/token) | Please tell us the timeout value |
| ②Zoom API (Get User Info)：GET [api.zoom.us/v2/users](http://api.zoom.us/v2/users) | Please tell us the timeout value |
| ③Zoom API (Get Recording Info)：GET users/{userId}/recordings | Please tell us the timeout value |
| ④Zoom API (get mp4,m4a,txt files): GET meetings/{meetingId}/recordings | Please tell us the timeout value |
| ⑤Delete meeting recordings: DELETE meetings/{meetingId}/recordings | Please tell us the timeout value |

Thank you for your cooperation and waiting for your reply.
Best regards.

Are you asking about our rate limits?

If yes, you can find them here: [Rate limits](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/rate-limits/#rate-limits-by-account-type)

If you are asking about the timeout for our api response, I dont think we have one at our end. We generally respond as the long as the request is open. We recommend that you retry in 3 seconds if there is no response.

Hope this helps
