## Using this template helps us debug your issues more effectively 🙂

**Description**
Hi team,

We are currently facing an issue. We are using Zoom to host live classes on our app. Post the class, we need to give our users an access to the recording on our app. The playback url that we get from the “GET meeting/{meetingId}/recordings” endpoint starts playback on a zoom webpage in the browser. Please let us know if it is possible to access the raw mp4 files of cloud recordings directly through zoom so that we can playback the recordings in our app. If not, can you let us know if there are any workarounds possible?

Hey @Mayank2,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Please try using the download\_url from that API instead:

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks,
Max
