Trying to call API with: [https://api.zoom.us/v2//users/{$userid}/recordings?page\_size=300](https://api.zoom.us/v2//users/%7B%24userid%7D/recordings?page_size=300) No errors for JWT key. **Error** [code] =\> 200 [message] =\> Account does not support REST API. **Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?** JWT **Which Endpoint/s?** [https://api.zoom.us/v2//users/{$userid}/recordings?page\_size=300](https://api.zoom.us/v2//users/%7B%24userid%7D/recordings?page_size=300) We have been able to use the API to set up Meetings, Webinars, etc. It seems we have also been able to access some recordings. Account # 3005509855 ---

Hey @ativsoftware, Just let us know if you still have questions! Typically, this is returned if a user on an account doesn’t have the _developer_ and _marketplace_ privileges/role on their profile (this can be set by their Zoom account admin). Thanks, Will ---
