_AD Sync Tool_

**Description**
_I have configured the AD sync tool to update user attributes (no adding or disabling users). All of our users are within the one account that I have connected to and I’m using our full user list in AD. When I run the sync (preview or sync --all), it only updates the users who have logged in with SSO previously (I don’t need this because logging in with SSO also updates the attributes)._

Why is it only the users who had logged in with SSO that are being updated? The other day when I ran it there were 4, now there are 6 so there is definitely a correlation between SSO login and sync.
