**API Endpoint(s) and/or Zoom API Event(s)**
_Link the API endpoint(s) and/orZoom API Event(s) you’re working with to help give context._

**Description**
We are running into an issue with the Zoom API that is similar to this one (internal ticket number for reference (**ZSEE-192066)** we spoke about earlier this year. We have data coming in for users registering for events but then when the event occurs and the user attends the event we do not have data coming in showing that they attended it is still showing only as registered.

Similarly, we have created events in Zoom that are published but do not not show up in the data coming in through the API.

Lastly, we have a mismatch of event IDs coming in with the training and the user registration. For example, we have an event titled ASD on 9/17/26. The event ID is xxx. Users attend the event and the data coming in with the user attending the event for ASD on 9/17/26 shows the event ID as XAX.

**Error?**
_The full error message or issue you are running into, where applicable._

**How To Reproduce**
Last time something similar happened where we had data just not coming in at all we got this response from support.
" I just had a call with one of our Engineers and we found an interesting issue on our end
It seems like we are not generating a next\_page\_token in our response body and I have escalated this and filed a bug report for this.
In the meantime, can you please ask your Engineer to pass a page\_size query param set to 300 when they call the API? That way they will be able to get all the data back."

So that is how we are currently calling.

Hi @Kierri
Thanks for reaching out again.
I remember helping you with this issue. Is this still happening? even when setting your next\_page\_token with 300?

We are sending page\_size 300 for events and session attendance fetching but not for next\_page\_token

Hi @Kierri
I looked internally and it seems that this issue was fixed alredy

So if you pass your page\_size=30 do you get a next\_page\_token??? or not at all?
