Hello Dev community,

We have some exciting changes with this release. In this release, we’ve added new CORE resources such as user level Chat Messages, Chat Channels, & SIP phones. As well enhancing the Accounts APIs with require password parameters.

@michael_p.zoom, The changelog page has been broken for a few months now, At least for me. Going to [https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/changelog](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/changelog) gets me the following message:

The webpage at **[https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/9220455031693-Changelog](https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/9220455031693-Changelog)** might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

For [https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/changelog](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/changelog), please check your browsers cache or try to open this in another browser to see if it works.

For [https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/9220455031693-Changelog](https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/9220455031693-Changelog), this works for me when I test using my default browser(chrome), incognito mode, or another browser.
