# app chat

I have an app android studio that starts with a chat, I do not need the video conference, what classes and what functions can I use to send messages from my app and be saved in the cloud?

we do not support just the chat. When you launch a meeting, the meeting will be launched with video.&nbsp;

Then, it is not possible to do what I comment with zoom ?? I will never be able to use the zoom functions to only manage chat?

In some part of the code I can modify the component so that when I start the application I show the chat?

Try Video SDK, which can be used for just Chat as a service.
