# APP configuration help

Greetings, thank you in advance for the help you can give me.

I have created an app, of type Webhook\_only. I have this as scopes: user:read

When trying to make a request to this endpoint [https://api.zoom.us/v2/users](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users) I get this error {“code”:403,“message”:“Authenticated user has not permitted access to the targeted resource.”}

What do I need to configure in my APP to access said endpoint?
