**API Endpoint(s) / Zoom API Event(s):** Webhook Event Subscriptions **Description:** My Zoom app is approved and webhook events were working correctly before. Recently, I stopped receiving all webhook events. The webhook URL validates successfully in Zoom, and the endpoint is publicly accessible over HTTPS. However, after validation, no webhook events are sent to my server. I haven’t made any significant changes to the webhook implementation. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what I should check? ---

@Muhammad34 did you change your webhook url after the app is approved? If that is the case you will need to resubmit for approval again. ---

Hi Chun Siong, No, I didn’t change anything after the app was approved. The webhook URL is still the same, and I haven’t modified any other app settings either. Could you please check on your side and let me know if you find anything? ---

there’s no activity because that’s the exact issue: we’re still **not receiving any webhook events**. The URL validates fine and the endpoint is publicly reachable over HTTPS, but after validation nothing gets delivered or any event type, in both Development and Production. Couple of updates on our end: I’ve **resubmitted the app for approval** (it now includes two new Zoom Phone scopes + the phone recording webhook event). And in the meantime we’ve kept things running by pulling recordings via the Recording API instead of webhooks. ---
