# Auth sdk failed

**Description**  
I have two computers that use the same JWT, and one of them keeps reporting errors:auth sdk failed

**Which Windows Meeting SDK version?**  
win：zoom-sdk-windows-5.7.6.1079

**To Reproduce(If applicable)**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ‘…’
2. Click on ‘…’
3. Scroll down to ‘…’
4. See error

**Additional context**  
I’d like to ask, what are the reasons other than JWT? After all, only one device can’t work

Hey @gph1122,

Usually when this happens, the JWT is barely invalid and the difference in seconds can make one device think the JWT is expired/not yet ready. Try changing the exp time by a few minutes.
