# Authcode refresh

I expect everytime a new authcode to be generated for the token exchange. In my environment I keep seeing old code time and again. The auth is failing due to this. Is there a reason why the same code is appearing again and again. I get the following error message - {“reason”:“Invalid authorization code”,“error”:“invalid\_grant”}
