# Auto recording to cloud not working

I’m trying to create zoom meetings using the [Create Meeting endpoint](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/meetings/#tag/meetings/POST/users/%7BuserId%7D/meetings) with `auto_recording` set to `cloud`.

The account I’m currently testing on is a basic account, and I know that Basic accounts do not have access to cloud recordings. However, my account is a “Member Account” of a Pro Account, and the docs specify the following:

" All users with a Pro or a higher plan have access to [cloud recordings](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203741855-Cloud-Recording). An account owner or account admin can [enable cloud recording](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203741855-Cloud-Recording#h_29fc1846-190d-4f05-ab23-1070c8106ec8) for all account members as well as for members that belong to a certain group. Users can also enable cloud recordings [for their own use](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203741855-Cloud-Recording#h_4cca2458-cbd5-4439-933c-57c0d62a2753)."

I’ve tried to enable this for all users, modifying the settings [as is specified here](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065362). But when I create meetings with `auto_recording: cloud` the response still returns `auto_recording: none`.
