Hey @kcdemo.gdaustin.sfcc,

When using the [autoCreate](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/users/usercreate) feature, you need to have the [managed domain feature](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203395207-What-is-Managed-Domain-).

Checkout my post here for another solution that might work for your use case:

> Hey @kcdemo.gdaustin.sfcc, Instead of using autoCreate, I suggest using [OAuth](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/build/oauth-app), that way users can [connect to your application / form using their own Zoom account, or can create a Zoom account if they don’t have one](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/auth/oauth), and then authorize your app to [create meetings and take other actions on their behalf](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/meetings/meetingcreate). Thanks, Tommy

Thanks,
