# Basic question on creating marketplace apps

Hi,

I have gone through the docs but I am not able to understand how to create a marketplace apps. The apps which I can see in the zoom app e.g.

As per my understanding, I should start with this sample [GitHub - zoom/zoom-oauth-sample-app: Sample Zoom Oauth App NodeJS app to call Zoom's APIs](https://github.com/zoom/zoom-oauth-sample-app)

I ran this sample and able to see some json response output there. I installed this test app in my account but I this is not shown in zoom apps in the above screenshot.

How to get started for the zoom app that appears in the above screenshots.

Hi @rajeevku02,

These apps that you’re seeing in the Zoom client are “Zoom Apps” which are a new kind of app that are still in beta. Please see my post here for more details:
