# Call Element not found

**API Endpoint(s) and/or Zoom API Event(s)**  
/phone/call\_element/_{callElementId}_

**Description**  
We are getting Call Element for each phone recording after receiving phone.recording\_completed webhook event in order to extract client\_code value.

**Error**  
For some recordings we are getting 404 error, Call Log does not exist: xxx

**How To Reproduce**  
I can provide specific call\_element\_id(s) if someone can DM me.
