# Can't authorize Zoom Developer app

I built my Zoom app so I can create JWT tokens using postman.

When I try to generate a token I get this issue:  
You cannot install the app because you don’t have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again. Edit on Web Portal

I have reviewed the Role permissions I have and my Ticket was immediately closed that I tried to Open with Zoom.
