# Can't create user using JWT API

**Description**  
When I call create user API with this body it returned error

```auto
{
  "action": "autoCreate",

```

**Error**

```

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**  
JWT

Hi @trongtin6495, I’ve never experienced this error before, are you sure this error is coming from the Zoom API or a database on your side?

Do you have [managed domains](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203395207-Managed-Domain) enabled? This is a common error/requirement when using autoCreate.

Hi @michael.zoom

The error is comming from Zoom API. I’m sure about that.

Yes we have managed domain enabled.
