# Changes in Zoom Live stream Patch API

**Description**  
[https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/meetings/meetinglivestreamupdate](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/meetings/meetinglivestreamupdate) API has changed overnight making page\_url as mandatory. As per documentation, it is not mandatory.  
Is this change intentional?

**Error**  
We are not able to go live (using API) without providing page\_url. We had changed codebase, to provide this value.

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**  
JWT

**Which Endpoint/s?**  
PATCH /meetings/{meetingId}/livestream

**How To Reproduce (If applicable)**  
Provide body with page\_url. Error 300 is received which details page\_url as mandatory field.

Hi @sandeep.tendulkar – thank you for reaching out about this. The “page\_url” field requirement is a breaking change and our engineers are looking into this issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience and any challenges this change may have caused.

We’ll have the change logs updated to reflect updates once this been rectified.

In the interim, please continue to fill out the field to fix this.
