## Using this template helps us debug your issues more effectively 🙂

**Description**
We are using third party closed caption api feature for displaying custom transcript in a zoom meeting. But we are noticing a considerable amount for delay in transcript display on zoom window. Can you please let us know why this delay is happening if we are using third party cc feature.

Hi @shwetajain2812,

As this relates to Livestream functionality, can we kindly ask that you reach out to our [Technical Support](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new) team directly regarding this? They’ll be best suited to further investigate this for you.

Thanks!
