# Cloud Recording Analytics Details - empty name and email

**Description**  
I’m working with the API method that returns details about who watched a recorded meeting, and I receive a lot of rows where the fields `name` and `email` are empty. What does it mean? In which cases it may happen?

**Error?**  
_No_

**How To Reproduce**

_1. Call the API method - [https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/analytics\_details](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/analytics_details) for a recorded meeting that has been viewed_  
_2. Check the `name` and `email` fields for emptiness_

@iaroslav.frolikov If a Zoom user is signed in to their account on the web and views or downloads the recording, this column displays their [profile](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201363203) name and associated email address. Otherwise, guests who view recordings and do not provide their emails to the host will not be displayed in the recording analytics; their email will be hidden.
