# Cloud Recording and Transcripts access

Hi Everyone,  
How can I manage the settings which can allow/restrict the users to view cloud recording and transcripts in particular? Please mention at all the levels i.e. Account, Groups and users.  
Where can I find that fields in the apis data?

Thanks for reaching out to us!  
You can manage some cloud recording settings through the Web portal by going to your Admin Tab \> Account Management \> Account Settings
