# Code: 124, message: 'Invalid access token.'

I’m trying to get the api working using JWT but everytime results into { code: 124, message: ‘Invalid access token.’ }. I have tried regenerating code and reactivating the app and also generating using the code and even setting expiry data to 2099. I understand this is an recurring issue in zoom please fix this asap

data: { code: 124, message: ‘Invalid access token.’ }

All of them I suppose

Hi @spectrumonline,

Can you please share an example request you’re making which is resulting in this error? Which endpoints have you tested with? Let me know if you can share some additional details so I can help debug.
