We have two iOS applications that we built using Twillo and currently migrating to Zoom. Our apps transfer some data between two apps. We are hitting a performance issues due to limitation of 512 characters and 35 commands per second limit. I read another closed post where similar limitation was brought up. My question is, is the limit increased? If not, is there any Zoom- video API functionality, we could use to transfer data between two apps? Thanks.

Edit: Just read an another post where it was suggested to use chat channel instead of command channel. is there a functionality in chat channel where command could be sent without user seeing it?

Hey @sp.nu ,

What is the rate and amount of data you need to send?

It is true you can use the chat channel instead. Since you are in control of the UI, you can choose if you want to actually show these chats in the UI.

The rate and character limits for chat are 1,000 characters, the same as the Zoom In-Meeting chat limit.
