# Communication error between users

Hey @dhernandez,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. It sounds like the issue you are having are related to using an older version of the [Web SDK](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/web#zoom-web-sdk). With version 1.8.5, a required update was released as we added audio encryption. Please see the following forum post for more information:

You should be able to resolve the issue by updating to the latest version (1.9.0). I hope that helps!
