# Create user API not response

**Description**  
I am trying create a new API user using [https://api.zoom.us/v2/users](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users) sometimes my task is return WaitingForActivation and response return null.

**How To Reproduce**  
_Steps to reproduce the behavior:_  
\*1. {“action”:“custCreate”,“user\_info”:{“[email":"test123@ISV.mydomain.com](mailto:email%22:%22test123@ISV.mydomain.com)”,“type”:2,“first\_name”:“Ram”,“last\_name”:“Chill”,“password”:null,“feature”:{“zoom\_phone”:false}}} passing this json body for create new user.
