# Create User API

**Description**  
Inviting users with active zoom account sometimes throws an error and sometimes sends the user an email to offer them to migrate their account.

**Error**  
{“code”:1009,“message”:“The user [mzaglifa@Gmail.com](mailto:mzaglifa@Gmail.com) already holds an active account.”}
