# Create User No privilege

**Description**  
I am trying to create a new user via postman with JWT

Here is a payload:  
curl --location --request POST ‘[https://api.zoom.us/v2/users](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users)’   
–header ‘Content-Type: application/json’   
–header ‘Authorization: Bearer \< token \>’   
–header ‘Content-Type: text/plain’   
–header ‘Cookie: cred=3C31C2B232553FFD7C074BDBF3A74661’   
–data-raw ‘{  
“action”: “create”,  
“user\_info”: {  
“id”: “123”,  
“email”: “[hello@cab.com](mailto:hello@cab.com)”,

}’

I am getting a response:  
{  
“code”: 200,  
“message”: “No privilege.”  
}

So, what I am doing wrong?

Hi @postullat2, this error is typically returned to Basic/free accounts which do not have permission to use the REST API, or if a Free Trial has expired.
