Tell me please, is it possible to create a user using custCreate through the API if the email from the request is used for another user in the zoom? In another words, could be possible to have 2 or more users with the same e-mail (one of them is a normal licensed or basic user and others were create using custCreate method)?

@akim,

Thank you for posting in the Zoom Developer Forum. Great question, I am not sure if you can use the same exact email. However, technically with Gmail email, for example, you can append a plus (“+”) sign and any combination of words or numbers after your email address. For example, if your name was [hikingfan@gmail.com](mailto:hikingfan@gmail.com), you could send mail to [hikingfan+basic@gmail.com](mailto:hikingfan+basic@gmail.com) or hikingfan+ [licensed@gmail.com](mailto:licensed@gmail.com).

Please let me know if this helps to answer your question.
