# Data Compliance API Deprecated

**Description**  
When looking the [POST /oauth/data/compliance](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/data-compliance/data-compliance/compliance) endpoint documentation, I noticed that it is marked as deprecated. I didn’t find any information on what should be used instead of this endpoint.

Is it correct that the `POST /oauth/data/compliance` endpoint is deprecated and if so, what should be used instead?

Hi @rebanerebane,

Thanks for reaching out about this.

As you noticed, our Data Compliance endpoint is now deprecated. This means that it is no longer required to call this endpoint (or any other endpoint) when a user deauthorizes your app.
