I was able to get through the authentication successfully. My chatbot appears in Zoom after installation. But when I use the deep link to open the bot, it fails. My browser doesn’t show the thank you message. The bot does not show the predefined welcome message either.

Here is a sample deep link (characters are masked for privacy)  
https ://zoom.us/launch/chat?jid=v1xxxxxxxx8xxxxxxx9@xmpp.zoom.us

Double check you are using the correct url scheme:

`https://zoom.us/launch/chat?jid=robot_{ robot_jid_here }`
