# Deploy Zoom Video Web SDK Updates to Github/ NPM

Hello,

We noticed on the [Zoom Video SDK changelog](https://developers.zoom.us/changelog/video-sdk/web/) that new versions of the **Web Video SDK** are being released.

However, these newer versions are not yet available on:

- [Zoom’s GitHub repo](https://github.com/zoom/videosdk-web)

- [NPM package page](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@zoom/videosdk)

I understand that the latest versions are available via the CDN, for example: [https://source.zoom.us/videosdk/zoom-video-1.12.16.min.js](https://source.zoom.us/videosdk/zoom-video-1.12.16.min.js)

That said, we would prefer to use `npm install` for our installation .

Would it be possible to publish the new releases to NPM as well?

Thanks for your feedback.

We have indeed released version 1.12.16 on NPM, but this is a **patch** version aimed at fixing some major issues in the 1.x series and does not introduce new features. We will maintain the 1.x line for some time to support developers who are not yet able to upgrade to 2.x.

The **latest** version remains 2.1.10, and we are continuing to iterate on it.
