# DLP required for webhook

### Format Your New Topic as Follows:

**Zoom webinar.chat\_message\_sent endpoint**  
_I am working on a project that requires retrieving chat message during live webinar._

**Description**  
_I am able to receive other events like webinar.started and webinar.ended. But the webinar.chat\_message\_sent does not work_

**Error?**  
_webinar.chat\_message\_sent is not triggered_

**How To Reproduce**  
_Steps to reproduce the behavior:_  
_1. I setup my endpoint properly_  
_2. Handles the response from zoom according to guide_  
_3. webinar.chat\_message\_sent is not triggered_  
_4. Searched the forum but all of them are closed without any solutions._

Could you please check whether Chat Webhooks are being sent in your Webhook logs?

Hi,  
I’ve checked them and didn’t receive any. The logs only showing if a webinar is deleted, started, created, etc…

As you can see in our Documentation, this is a feature that has to be enabled by our Support team
