# Domain validation fails

We want to submit an app to review, but encountered domain verifications error:

> can not access the html file, please be sure the file uploaded correctly and retry

Because of our frontend server’s restriction, we used redirect so that:  
https:///zoomverify/verifyzoom.html —301 redirect—\> [https://our-external-storage.com/index.html](https://our-external-storage.com/index.html) (contains verification code)

We found the following issue of same condition and we want help for manual verification.

We successfully complete normal verification by modifying the redirection policy of our domain, after creating this topic. This problem is solved.
