# Domain Validation in App Submission

Have followed the steps by creating “zoomverify” folder under root and place verifyzoom.html file in it, also it’s accessible but when I validate it on Zoom app submission page, it says “can not access the html file, please be sure the file uploaded correctly and retry”.

Have also created a ticket from the link given in App Submission page but got a response that “Our Developer Advocacy team has moved over to our Zoom Developer Forums. In order to ensure that your inquiry is addressed, please navigate to the Zoom Developer Forums for assistance.”
