# Domain Verification is not working

Hey guys, we’re trying to publish our app, our backend is hosted in a cloud service and we do not have access to the domain configuration, hence we cannot use the dns cname configuration and we need to use one of the remaining options for domain validation.  
I’ve tried the HTML but when I download the html file you guys provide, is coming empty.  
I’ve also tried to add the meta tag in our root enpoint but it seems that the content html tag that should have some unique id in it, is also an empty string.  
Please could you guys help me to figure out what is wrong?
