# Domain Verification Issue

#### Description

Trying to verify our domain so we can submit our app. After adding the domain, the **Domain Validation** page never returns a verification token for any method (TXT, HTML file, etc). Every method shows an empty value, so we have nothing to publish to DNS or serve from our site.

#### Error

No explicit error message—just blank tokens. Example output for TXT method:

**Copy and paste this value: zoom-domain-verification=**

#### Troubleshooting Routes

- Logged out / in, cleared cache, tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
- Checked Zoom Developer Changelog & forum posts; found many similar reports.
- No proxy or ad-block extensions active.

#### How To Reproduce

1. **Zoom App Marketplace** → **Publish your app** → **App Submission** → **Verify Domains** → **Verify**
2. Select **Add TXT Record to your domain** → **Next**
3. Observe that verification method show an empty token/value.

Because the token is missing, verification cannot proceed and **Verify Domain** fails.

Could Dev Support reach out to us via DM to generate a proper token for our **domain**? This is the last blocker before submission.
