# Dynamic Delivery Issue with Mobile Network

We’ve implemented the Zoom Meeting SDK with dynamic delivery. With WiFi, dynamic delivery is working fine, but with mobile network, we’re facing issues.

Since the module size is 150MB+, Google asks for confirmation before downloading. In this scenario, Google takes control of the download, and the download doesn’t start instantly — it takes some time for Google to process this, and until then, we’re getting a “pending” status.  
DOWNLOAD\_PENDING → INSTALL\_ERROR status\_code=1156

Is there any way to resolve this?

For example, can we break down `mobilertc.aar` into smaller parts, so that we can download the module on any network without it being blocked by Google?
