# Electron app crashing after start

**Description**  
Electron Meeting SDK is failing with 2013 error code every time (tried around 10 times). 2013 error code represents Errors\_Session\_Remote\_DB\_Error which means the remote database has some errors. Could you please help me in fixing this issue.

Camera light is turning on after I click and then meeting is crashing with 2013 error code.

Getting this message on the console:  
UNSUPPORTED (log once): POSSIBLE ISSUE: unit 1 GLD\_TEXTURE\_INDEX\_2D is unloadable and bound to sampler type (Float) - using zero texture because texture unloadable

**Which Electron Meeting SDK version?**  
v1.7.0

**To Reproduce**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Electron sdk, run it as per the instruction here - [https://developers.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/electron/download-and-install/#build--run](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/electron/download-and-install/#build--run)
2. It will launch the desktop app, join as participant (role\_type: 0), setup the session and name and then click on join
3. It opens the camera and then quickly crashes with 2013 error

- Device: Apple MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1) 2020
- OS: [e.g. macOS Monterey version 12.5]
