**Hi Zoom Developer Support Team,**

We are developing an AI Meeting Assistant / Streaming Avatar Bot using the **Zoom Meeting SDK for Linux (C++)**. Our bot joins meetings as a custom participant to process raw participant audio (`IZoomSDKAudioRawDataDelegate`) and send synthesized camera/microphone frames (`IZoomSDKVideoSource` / `setExternalAudioSource`)[cite: 1, 12].

During bot initialization, our implementation checks `HasRawdataLicense()` / raw data privileges before subscribing to media streams[cite: 1, 12]. To ensure full raw video and audio access without encountering `MobileRTCRawData_No_License` or missing raw data permissions, we kindly request you to enable the **Raw Data Entitlement** for our application[cite: 1, 12].

**App & Account Details:**

- **App Name:** General app 898 (or your desired bot app name)

- **Client ID / SDK Key:** `OFVDe6KKTTytihi0wrjyQ`

- **App Type:** General App (User Managed)[cite: 9]

- **Target Platform:** Linux (x86\_64 C++ Meeting SDK Sidecar)[cite: 1, 12]

- **Authentication Method:** SDK JWT[cite: 1, 12]

- **Use Case:** Headless AI avatar bridge — capturing real-time PCM participant audio to generate synchronized AI responses, and publishing I420 raw video frames and PCM audio back into the Zoom meeting via `IZoomSDKVideoSource` and Virtual Microphone[cite: 1, 12].

Please let us know if you need any additional information to enable this entitlement on our Client ID.

Thank you for your assistance!

Best regards,

**Engineering Team**

Zoom shouldn’t need to enable a new Raw Data Entitlement for this Linux Meeting SDK flow. Zoom staff recently clarified that [HasRawdataLicense/raw-data licensing is a legacy model](https://devforum.zoom.us/t/request-enable-raw-data-entitlement-for-our-meeting-sdk-app-hasrawdatalicense-returns-false/144873). For receiving participant media, follow the current [Linux raw-data flow](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/meeting-sdk/linux/default-ui/advanced-features/raw-data/): join the meeting fully, obtain the required recording privilege, call StartRawRecording, then subscribe to the audio/video raw-data delegates.

If you’d rather avoid maintaining the Linux Meeting SDK bot stack directly, Recall.ai’s [Meeting Bot API](https://www.recall.ai/product/meeting-bot-api?utm_source=zoom&utm_medium=forum_answer) handles Zoom meeting media ingestion and bot infrastructure.
