Hi Zoom team, please enable Realtime Media Streams for our app:

- App: “XTAL”, General app, user-managed. App ID --. Developer Pack is active on the account.
- Scopes added: `meeting:read:meeting_audio`, `meeting:read:meeting_transcript`
- Event subscription (webhook) saved for `meeting.rtms_started` and `meeting.rtms_stopped`; auto-start “Start for all meetings users own” selected
- App installed and authorized by the host user; “Share realtime meeting content with apps” is On at account and meeting level

Problem: when the authorized user hosts a meeting (Zoom desktop client), `meeting.rtms_started` never fires, and in Account Settings → Zoom Apps → “Auto-start apps that access shared realtime meeting content”, the app selector shows “No Data”. Could you please enable RTMS on the backend for this app/account? Thank you!

Realtime Media Streams does not need to be specifically enabled, we’re investigating a possible caching bug that is preventing this app from being selected in the web settings.

We connected with @Nes directly about his app. Apps need to be authorized at the level they intend to be deployed to auto start; install an app across the account to set it at the account-level app selector for auto-start.
