Hi all, We need to get RTMS enabled for our organization. Can someone from the staff PM us with details to get this enabled. Im unable to pm any staff so far. ---

I can add RTMS notifications scopes, but the `POST /v2/realtime/sessions` API returns 404 (code 2300). Does my account need additional activation for RTMS session creation (rtms:session:write scope)? ---

@ChristianBelbeze you might want to create a new thread on this and tag me in it. RTMS sessions are not created via API as they are part of a Meeting. You will connect to the RTMS websocket via a webhook event. Just to confirm you are using Zoom Meeting right? ---

I am currently developing an integration that uses **Zoom Real-Time Media Streams (RTMS)** to process live meeting audio. We have successfully created an RTMS app in the Zoom Marketplace and authorized it with the correct scopes (`meeting:read:meeting_audio`, `rtms:read:rtms_started`, etc.). However, when calling the endpoint: ```auto bash POST xxxxxxxxxxxx ``` we get the following response: ```auto css 404 { "code": 2300, "message": "This API endpoint is not recognized." } ``` This suggests that RTMS is not yet enabled on our account. **Could you please enable RTMS for our account?** Here are our details: - **Account ID:** [Your Account ID] - **App Name:** ZoomToChatGPT-RTM - **Use Case:** Real-time audio processing for AI-based analysis during live meetings. @ChristianBelbeze your account has to be enabled from Zoom’s side for RTMS feature. This requires the form filling. @chunsiong.zoom hello, an app I’ve been building requires RTMS events as well. I filled out the form last night, and created this zoom account this morning when I saw on these forums that you need to be a pro user to access RTMS. As part of the project, we need to integrate the **Realtime Media Streams (RTMS)** API to stream live audio from Zoom meetings into an AI-powered analysis pipeline. I’ve already contacted Zoom Sales to purchase a **Developer License** and am waiting for confirmation so that RTMS can be enabled for my account. My Zoom Support ticket reference is **TS1951123**. Hi @joan.zoom, we are tryin to publish internal app to use for transcripts: **SuperAgent Zoom** We only configure on Development mode because is only for internal porpouse. When we go to the Zoom Admin Console - Account settings - Zoom Apps - Choose an App to AutoStart (**Auto-start apps that access shared realtime meeting content) not appear the app.** What we miss? Hi @David.pazm I have resent the getting started email to the above email address used here. To enable auto-start for your app, you’ll need to make sure you have the correct scopes added. The auto-start option won’t appear unless both the **Meeting** and **RTMS** scopes are included in your app. Here’s what you need to do: 1. Go to **Scopes** and click on **Add Scopes**. 2. Under **Products** , select **Meeting** and **RTMS**. 3. Add the **`meeting:read:meeting_transcript`** scope. Once you have these scopes enabled, the auto-start option should be available for you. Let us know if you still continue to not see this option ---
