# Enable RTMS for team

Hello,

I need to get RTMS enabled for my organization. Can someone from the developer staff please help me with this?

I already filled out the sales form, about 3+ weeks ago, but I haven’t had a reply.

@joan.zoom Joan, I apologize for the confusion. I was actually looking to add it to a different account, the one I am developing with. Would you please be able to enable it for [john@calvodulce.com](mailto:john@calvodulce.com) and send the instructions there?
