Can you please make sure that this is account level? @ahmed.shalaby241 In your Admin Tab \> Account Management \> Account Settings \> In meeting (Basic) And enable Screen sharing setting and make sure to allow this for All participants ---

Hey @surajsjarali98 I do not believe so, you would have to do that via the Webportal
