At our company, we are currently automating zoom captioning and “go live on custom streaming service”. For meetings this works flawlessly but with webinars I have the following error.

{“code”:4700,“message”:“Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [webinar:write:admin, webinar:write].”}

I currently have the webinar:write:admin scope set in the UI. Is there extra steps that need to be taken in order for me to use the API to go live on a custom streaming service from the API?

Thank you,
Ryan Johson

Hey @rjohnson ,

It sounds like you may need to re-authenticate and get a new bearer token to reflect any additional scopes that were added since the last time a token was generated.

Let me know if you have any questions.
