# Error 400 while trying to push captions using 3rd party captioning service

**Description**  
We’re getting error 400 while trying to push captions using [3rd party captioning service](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207279736) (Verbit.ai).

**Error?**  
We’re getting errors 400 consequently while sending captions. Captions token was taken from inside the meeting, so the meeting has already started.

**API Endpoint/s?**  
Closed Captions REST API

**How To Reproduce**  
Failed to reproduce. It is a relatively rare occurrence.

**Additional context**

Could you please confirm with me if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, could you please share an example meeting ID with me so I can track down the instance and investigate what could have happened?
