# Error 4700 - Invalid Redirect - oAuth

**Description**
We are trying to test a ServiceNow API in our DEV test site and are receiving the Error:4700 - Invalid Redirect when trying to Install the app.

In previous posts on this forum, its possible that Whitelisting the redirect URL may help. Is this something that can be done in the Zoom Admin portal?

Hey @chris_lunde,
It sounds like this integration is leveraging an OAuth App in Zoom, is that right? If so, you will want to ensure that any redirect URLs are also whitelisted. To do so, you will need to navigate to the OAuth App whose credentials are being used by your integration.
An admin on the account should be able to access this from here once logged in:
[https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/build](https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/build)
The OAuth App will have an “Allowlist” section on the **App Credentials** tab.
