**Description** I have an OAuth app set up for testing with some account level scopes. I am unable to authorize the app with an Admin user. **Error** You cannot authorize the app.You cannot install the app because you don’t have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again. Error for: View all users’ history and channels (scopes imchat:read:admin, user:read:admin) **Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?** OAuth ---
