# Error "code": 4700, While executing API for Chat message

Hello Team,

While executing API for Chat message, we are getting below error. we are using Admin account for executing API’s

Hi @amlesh.sengar  
I am really sorry for the late response.  
Make sure to add the Edit Chat messages privileges to the Admin Role as well.

This can be done by going to Admin Tab \> User management \> Roles, click on the role Admin  
and in the Role Settings tab make sure that the Chat messages feature is enabled
