# Error Initializing Session

Hi,

I am almost certain this is an issue with Zoom but does anyone have a solution to fix thiss on free tier:  
\*  
{type: ‘JOIN\_MEETING\_FAILED’, reason: ‘This account does not exist or does not belong to you’, errorCode: 200}\*

1. **errorCode** : 200

2. **reason** : “This account does not exist or does not belong to you”

3. **type** : “JOIN\_MEETING\_FAILED”

4. [[Prototype]]: Object

My guess is that their free 20 api credits is a lie and I need to pay the $100 USD to actually use the Video SDK but I need someone to confirm it before I start dropping cash.

I’ve done basically everything at this point and there is no working solution.

The error usually means you have an incorrect JWT being used. Can you direct message me an example JWT you’re using, the session name, sessionId and account credentials? I can take a look. You can also use a service like [jwt.io](http://jwt.io) to inspect the token. You can also use [Video SDK - Authorize](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/video-sdk/auth) to create a known good JWT using your Video SDK Key and Secret.
